Hi, and welcome to Pret by Sadia. These are our terms — we've written them the way we'd explain them to you in person. By shopping with us, you agree to the following.

Who we are
Pret by Sadia is a women's clothing brand based in [city], Pakistan. We sell stitched and unstitched suits, jewellery, and footwear.

Our products and prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.). We do our best to show accurate colours and details, but please note that colours can look slightly different on different phone and laptop screens. If you're unsure about a fabric or shade, message us on WhatsApp before ordering — we're happy to help.

How ordering works

1. You place your order on the website.
2. You pay 50% advance via bank transfer and send us the receipt on WhatsApp at +92 327 7735555.
3. Once we confirm your advance, your order is officially confirmed and goes into preparation.
4. You pay the remaining 50% on delivery (Cash on Delivery) or before dispatch your choice.

Delivery
Delivery takes 3–4 weeks from the date your advance is confirmed, anywhere in Pakistan. This timeline starts from advance confirmation, not the order date. During sales, Eid, or unexpected courier delays, delivery may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Exchange and refund
All sales are final — we don't offer exchange or refund. Please read our full Exchange & Refund Policy page before ordering, and choose your size carefully using our Size Guide. The 50% advance is non-refundable once your order is confirmed, because preparation starts right away.

Cancelling your order
Changed your mind? No problem — as long as you haven't paid the advance yet, your order isn't confirmed and nothing is owed. Just let us know on WhatsApp. After the advance is paid and confirmed, we can't cancel, since your piece goes into preparation immediately.

Your responsibilities
Please give us your correct name, phone number, delivery address, and size at checkout. If a parcel can't be delivered because of a wrong address or an unreachable phone number, the re-delivery charges will be yours.

Our content
All photos, videos, and text on this website belong to Pret by Sadia. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

What we're not liable for
We're responsible for getting your order right and dispatching it on time from our side. We're not liable for delays caused by the courier, wrong addresses, or events beyond our control. In any case, our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.
