Shipping policy

Order confirmation: Every order is confirmed only after 50% advance payment is received. Your order goes into preparation only once the advance is confirmed  the 3–4 week timeline starts from that date, not the order date.

How to pay the advance: Bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. After placing your order, please send the payment receipt/screenshot on our WhatsApp at +92 327 7735555 so we can confirm your order without delay.

Remaining 50%: Payable on delivery (Cash on Delivery) or via bank transfer  before dispatch  whichever you prefer.

Delivery time: 3–4 weeks from advance confirmation, delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates; during sale periods, Eid, or unforeseen courier delays, delivery may take slightly longer  we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number on WhatsApp.
