Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer exchange or refund on any product  please choose your size carefully using our Size Guide before ordering. For stitched orders, double-check your measurements at the time of order; size changes cannot be made once preparation has started.

Advance payment: The 50% advance is non-refundable once your order is confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.

Why no exchange/refund? Each piece is prepared on order especially for you, which is also why our delivery time is 3–4 weeks.
