• Your order details — what you bought, your size, the amount paid
• Payment receipts you send us on WhatsApp (to confirm your advance)

We don't collect anything extra, and we never ask for your bank passwords or card PINs — anyone asking for those is not us.

Why we collect it

• To confirm, prepare, and deliver your order
• To message you about your order on WhatsApp or SMS (confirmation, dispatch, tracking updates)
• To handle any question or issue about your order

Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary:

• Our courier company, so they can deliver your parcel (name, phone, address)
• Payment services (bank), only to verify your advance payment

That's it. Nobody else.

Cookies and pixels
Like most online stores, we use cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.

Messages from us
By placing an order, you agree we can message you about that order on WhatsApp or SMS. If you join our newsletter, we'll send occasional updates — you can unsubscribe anytime by replying "STOP" or clicking unsubscribe.

How we keep your data safe
Your information is stored securely in our Shopify store, and access is limited to our own team. Payment receipts you send on WhatsApp stay in our WhatsApp chat.
